DeMolay was founded based on the ideas of making young men better sons, better citizens and better men as they grow and learn through experiances in DeMolay. Every DeMolay has the opportunity to develop leadership and teambuilding skills by advancing through the line in their chapters eventually becoming Master Councilor if they choose to. Since being a Master Councilor is not an easy task, this section is designed to aid members into becoming the best leaders they can in both their personal life and in their careers.
"Explaining DeMolay" - Many members have problems with recruiting new members either because they don't know what to say or they don't know how to approach potential members. This page is filled with tips and tricks to getting those prospects to sign a petition.

Representative DeMolay Form - the Representative DeMolay is an honor that is given to a member for completing a multi-page self evaluation form listing knowledge in current events, positions and experiance in DeMolay and your strengths and weaknesses. The best way to be successful is to know your strengths and improve your weaknesses, which is why every member is encouraged to complete this form.
